Dear Ms Kemp,

I am a fifteen-year-old student in Year 9. I’m writing to ask for more information about the volunteer programme at Surrey Nature Reserve, which was advertised on 28^th May.

This programme (1) is very interesting to me because I am a nature lover, and (2) I’d really like to work with professionals at the reserve. I intend to become a nature conservationist one day, so it would be very rewarding to have experience in this area.

I am a hard-working and responsible person, so (3) I think that I could be a helpful member of the team. (4) I see myself as a confident person, too. For example, I currently volunteer on the reception desk at a wildlife visitor centre at weekends and I reallyenjoy it.

(5) I’d appreciate it if you could send me more information. I am about to go on a school trip to Berlin, but I will be available from 18^th June.

Chương trình này thực sự khiến em hứng thú vì em là người yêu thiên nhiên và em muốn làm việc với các chuyên gia tại khu bảo tồn. Em dự định sẽ trở thành nhà bảo tồn thiên nhiên một ngày nào đó, vì vậy sẽ rất bổ ích nếu có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực này.

Em là người chăm chỉ và có trách nhiệm, vì vậy em tin rằng mình có thể là thành viên hữu ích của nhóm. Em cũng tự coi mình là người tự tin. Ví dụ, hiện tại em đang làm tình nguyện viên tại quầy lễ tân tại một trung tâm du khách động vật hoang dã vào cuối tuần và em thực sự thích công việc này.

Em sẽ rất biết ơn nếu cô có thể gửi cho em thêm thông tin. Em sắp đi tham quan trường học ở Berlin, nhưng em sẽ rảnh từ ngày 18 tháng 6.
